Fall 2012 Financial Aid Check Release

8:00 AM, on Tuesday, July 17 is the earliest that students may view their K-State eBill (electronic bill) in iSIS. Sign into iSIS with the student eID and password. Once signed into iSIS, click on Student Center. Under Finances, click on View Bills.

Students who enrolled for the Fall 2012 term by 5:00 PM, on Friday, July 13 may view their pending financial aid and their charges on their K-State eBill any time after 8:00 AM, on Tuesday, July 17.

If students enroll after 5:00 PM, on Friday, July 13, but before 5:00 PM, on Monday, August 20, their K-State eBill is produced the evening of Monday, August 20. However, students may view University charges in iSIS before the eBill is produced.

From 8:00 AM, Friday, August 10 to 5:00 PM, Wednesday, August 15, in compliance with federal regulations, the Office of Student Financial Assistance verifies each student's eligibility for financial aid. If the student meets the eligibility requirements to receive financial aid, the funds are authorized to be applied to the student's bill. Students must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for received financial aid.

Friday, August 10 is the first day that K-State may apply financial aid to student eBills for the Fall 2012 term. Important: Changes in enrollment after financial aid is applied to student eBills may affect financial aid and eBill charges. Tuition and fees for waitlisted courses are not assessed until the student is officially enrolled in the courses.

8:00 AM, Friday, August 17 is the earliest that refunds from applied financial aid should be available in designated bank accounts of students and parents.

Parents must enroll for a Direct Deposit Refund (EFT) (PDF) before 4:30 PM, Monday, August 13 in order to have remaining financial aid from a Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan directly deposited into a bank account by 8:00 AM, Friday, August 17.

Students must enroll for a Direct Deposit Refund (EFT) before noon, Wednesday, August 15 in order to have remaining financial aid directly deposited into a bank account by 8:00 AM, Friday, August 17.

If financial aid was applied toward students' University charges by 5:00 PM, Wednesday, August 15, but students did not enroll for a Direct Deposit Refund (EFT) in iSIS by noon, Wednesday, August 15, then students may pick up their refund checks with a valid photo ID during office hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday, August 20 to Thursday, August 23, in Cashiers & Student Accounts, in the hall outside of 211 Anderson Hall (Manhattan campus) or 209 College Center (Salina campus). If a parent wants to pick up the refund check for the student, the parent needs a valid photo ID and a permission letter from the student; including a statement giving permission for the parent to pick up the check, the student's Wildcat ID, and the student's signature along with the date the letter was signed.

8:00 AM, Friday, August 24 is when all remaining refund checks that were not picked up by students and/or parents will be mailed to students' local addresses and/or parents' permanent addresses.
